Admins

The Admins page lets you manage administrator accounts that can access the BrainScore admin panel.

Where to Find It

Go to Admin Panel → Settings → Admins.

What You Can Do

  • List admins: View all admin accounts (your own account is excluded from the list).
  • Create admin: Add a new admin with an avatar, name, email, and password.
  • Edit admin: Update avatar, name, email, and optionally change the password.
  • Delete admin: Remove an admin account.

Create Admin

Fields

  • Avatar: Optional (PNG/JPG/JPEG). If not provided, a default avatar is used.
  • First name *: Required
  • Last name *: Required
  • Email *: Required and must be unique
  • Password *: Required (minimum 8 characters)

Edit Admin

Notes

  • Password is optional when editing. If you leave it empty, the current password remains unchanged.
  • You cannot edit your own admin account from this section.

Delete Admin

Notes

  • Deleting an admin will remove that account from the system.
  • If the admin has uploaded an avatar, it will be removed as part of the deletion process.
